Playing Dress Up!

The other while hanging out at Aunty Audz's house, Kalei and Kanoe decided to dress up like princess. Now this is the first time Kalei has ever done something like this. I was afraid that with her love of trains and cars that she might not be ver girlie. However that has changed since hanging out with Kanoe who has many girlie things. Now Kalei know who Barbie is and even has her own baby who she enjoys taking care of (sometimes).
Watching her play dress up was the cutest thing although to be honest she cared more about the shoes then the dress which was so me when I was young. She is really becoming quite the little girl.

Jordyn LeiAnn Hala'ikamau'ea'ano'ai'oli July 18, 2008 7lb. 14 oz. 19 in. We went in Friday morning because I was schedualed for an induction, which turned out to be a good thing. And by the looks of this picture I don't think I needed to wait any long. HAHA This time it was just me and Kaai. Last time it was a total family affair but I liked this better. Just me and him, and he was good support, silent but there. That was all I needed this time. Hala'i came with 5 hours of me being induced and only 20 minutes of pushing THANK GOODNESS!! She came with a good cry and it was a beautiful sound. Once she was clean and wrapped up tight she was calm and quite. In the hospital this was about as close as Kalei would get to her. She wasn't sure what to do around Hala'i and she really didn't want to touch her. Being Home... Kalei has warmed up to her little sister and like being my helper and giving her her binki when she starts to cry. She was happy

A Blessing For Hala'i...

We were finally able to bless Hala'i. It only took 4 months to get the grandparents here to be part of the circle, but with a little bit of faith and a good prayer it all fell into place. I have to say Thank you to my mom and dad for taking a two day journey to Utah special to make it happen. Thanks to my father-in-law for also taking the time to come up for two days just to be part of the circle. Thanks to Uncle Keli'i and Uncle Kendall and Fam for sharing that special moment with our family, and for sharing their preisthood with us. But mostly Thank you to my husband for keeping himself worthy to excersise his preisthood in the way that the Lord intended. A fathers blessing is always the most special. A Taste Of Home!

I was so excited when I got to have lunch at an L&L in Provo. I have been so hungry for a taste of something local , not to mention somthing with rice. Ho it was so ONO I was just beside myself. I thought it was equally as good as the ones at home. Maybe cause I never eat dat kine food long time, but man it hit the spot. So a big Shout out to L&L in Provo...The food was Ono. Thanks for rep'n the 808 grindz. Now I like grind some Leonards Malasada's and it be all guud!
